Carl Cusato has been serving the technological needs of the school market
since 1990. Prior to that time, he accumulated over 20 years of senior
corporate management experience with Fortune 500 companies like American
Airlines and the international consumer products company, Norton Simon,Inc.

On the entrepreneurial side, Mr Cusato operated Renaissance Management,
a crisis/interim management consulting company where he directed a number
of assignments with companies engaged in consumer products & services, publishing,
airlines and hotels.

After working for 10 years with leading computer technology resellers and distributors,
Cusato & Company, Inc. was founded. Over the years, Mr.Cusato has represented
most of the major manufacturers and publishers including: Apple, IBM, NEC, Novell,
Microsoft, Adobe, Lexmark and today is one of HP/Compaq's leading certified
educational partners (CEP) in the country. On the client side, he has worked
with over thirty school school districts in the Southern California area helping
them build their computer infrastructure.
